Home Inspections

Here’s what to expect during our home inspection:

I will look at the interior and exterior parts of home including the foundation, structural components, roof, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, then provide a written home inspection report with results. A home inspection generally takes two to four hours, but may take more time depending on the size of the house. The home inspection report will be available the following day.

I offer limited inspections of areas that I typically find issues for homeowner.
